Because of the way the Wollit works, if we do not have access to your bank account information for any reason we will not be able to calculate your Income Promise, earned income, Top-up offer, or repayment amount.

In this situation, we will make daily attempts to access your bank account until the 24th of that month. If access has not been re-established by the 24th of the month, your Income Promise will expire. You will not be able to receive any Cash Top-ups while your bank account is disconnected.
